We aim to provide transparent pricing for shipping fees and tax charges based on the destination country:

We offer free shipping to all of our customers.

• Tax:

No tax is collected when purchasing at our store.

5. Delivery time

To estimate when you can expect your order, kindly consider two kinds of processes when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date applied in Regular seasons:

• Handling time

Orders are typically processed within few business days after payment confirmation, often 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) for Vietnamese orders, and 3-5 business days for orders in the United States.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can track your order easily at Order Tracking Page.

• Transit time

After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out immediately.

This process may take between 3-5 business days for Vietnamese orders and 7-9 business days for orders to the United States to arrive at your address.

Please keep in mind that this is just an estimated delivery date. The actual time will depend on many other factors such as the product you purchase, the destination you are shipping to, the season, and so on.

6. Order Tracking

We are happy to make it easy for you to track your order seamlessly.

Just simple visit our Order Tracking Page and provide your two information are Order ID and your email. Once your order has been shipped, this page will give you your order’s status online with the real time.

Please be patient sometimes and allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
